Distribution Center Manager – East (Supply Chain)

Location: Full-time onsite in Hagerstown, Maryland, United States of America; approximately 25% travel.

Salary: $93,400–$143,800 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

What you will do

• Lead the optimization of distribution-center and fulfillment operations, including work with associates and 3PL partners.
• Scope, design, and deliver complex projects from concept through stabilization while managing cost, service, and environmental objectives.
• Analyze end-to-end supply-chain data, build business cases, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate technology deployments and capital projects across operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, Global Process Owners, and 3PL vendors.
• Partner with the 3PL WMS team to define requirements, test functionality, validate performance, and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through dashboards, SOPs, Lean/Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, digital-twin modelling, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of job-related experience, including 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced analytical skills with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of WMS/ERP platforms, material-handling systems, and automation technologies, including coordination through a 3PL partner.
• Strong influencing, communication, prioritization, and delivery skills without relying on direct authority.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or comparable certification.
• Hands-on experience implementing distribution-center automation or robotics solutions.
• Experience with network design, transportation optimization, or sustainability-driven supply-chain projects.
