Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Develop and lead affiliate, aggregator, and strategic channel marketing programs.
• Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage relationships with influencers, comparison sites, associations, and industry partners.
• Create and execute co-branded campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, SEO, and web content.
• Monitor campaign performance, diagnose funnel gaps, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Translate revenue objectives into measurable KPIs and performance scorecards.
• Coordinate campaign assets and present plans, insights, and results to leadership while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in digital, affiliate, aggregator, or channel marketing.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing, partner ecosystems, and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, and CRM/CMS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to structure problems, ensure data quality, and quantify impact.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, and project leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Cleveland, Ohio.
