Marketing Specialist

Location: Enact Headquarters, Raleigh, North Carolina — hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

What you will do

• Design, implement, and refine product and brand marketing campaigns.
• Develop customer segments, targeted campaigns, and segment-specific collateral.
• Coordinate customer-facing events, trade shows, and internal employee gatherings.
• Write and edit content for blogs, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing assets.
• Create marketing collateral using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage email marketing, web content, SEO, and paid social media initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and coordinate goals, tasks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with email automation, analytics, SEO, web platforms, creative tools, AI applications, and workflow management systems such as Marketo, Google Analytics, SEMrush, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, Midjourney, and Asana.
• Strong communication, presentation, writing, and editing skills, including experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience sourcing and managing external vendors.
