Performance Manager II (Marketing)

Location: Chicago, IL; remote work environment. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $73,000–$89,450 per year

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver client meetings, presentations, and performance updates.
• Develop, present, and discuss strategies for digital advertising, websites, chat platforms, and online shopper digital retailing.
• Create and execute marketing strategies and ideas for automotive dealer partners.
• Educate clients on website, acquisition, marketplace, and media capabilities.
• Collaborate with support, inventory, SEO, compliance, marketing design, sales, and analytics teams.
• Maintain and retain a Dealer Inspire book of business while generating sales referrals to grow it.

Requirements

• Previous account management or project management experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, presentation, organization, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Strong real-world experience with SEO and analytics.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SEO fundamentals, and website design best practices.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently in a remote environment, and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
