Marketing Strategist, P&C Marketing Leader

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies within insurance client verticals.
• Build content strategies with business units and sales teams.
• Generate qualified leads and support revenue-generation activities.
• Act as the Voice of the Client by using sales interactions and primary research to guide prospect and client engagement.
• Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and develop briefs for the Creative Team.
• Deliver marketing and sales materials, measure pipeline effectiveness, and provide funnel analysis and recommendations.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of progressive marketing experience, including required experience marketing within the insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience managing lead-generation and revenue-generation activities.
• Data-driven approach with experience in analytics-based reporting and familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience with digital ad buying, social media, DSP, and search.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prioritize competing or ambiguous priorities.
