Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Gurabo, Puerto Rico, United States of America; onsite. Up to 10% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Provide accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to support business decisions across global and local teams.
• Develop, manage, and analyze budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational objectives.
• Consolidate and challenge actual and planned site and department financials, providing business drivers, insights, and commentary to leadership.
• Perform month- and quarter-end closing activities, including journal entries, financial reports, intercompany cross-charges, and corporate submissions.
• Prepare and monitor product costs, manufacturing variances, and operational performance metrics.
• Identify process efficiencies and cost improvements, and deliver ad hoc, NPV, benchmarking, and strategic data analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting.
• At least three years of accounting and/or financial experience required.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft applications skills required.
• Fluent or advanced Spanish and English required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while prioritizing multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or related certification.
• Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or cost accounting experience.
• Power BI, SOX compliance, and SAP ERP experience.
