Senior Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Full-time on-site at Kalwall Enterprises in Manchester, New Hampshire

hirify.global Enterprises is integrating Kalwall Enterprises, a vertically integrated manufacturer of high-performance translucent daylighting solutions, into its Architectural Glass segment.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis, accounting, controls, and financial reporting for the Kalwall, Kal-lite, and Structures Unlimited business lines.
• Complete the finance integration roadmap, including the transition to GAAP accounting and SOX compliance.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, standard costing, inventory accounting, month-end close, financial statements, and management reporting.
• Develop cost models, bills of materials, and overhead allocations while analyzing production costs, labor efficiency, material usage, and variances.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, long-range financial planning, and performance analysis against financial objectives.
• Advise business leadership on product launches, capital investments, pricing, cost optimization, and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• At least 5 years of experience leading a team.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work full time on-site in Manchester, New Hampshire.
