Senior Financial Analyst

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, USA; candidates must live within commuting distance. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional weekend overtime.

What you will do

• Own analysis of financial and operational performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning for revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
• Perform variance, profitability, cost, and investment analyses and present management reporting to executive leadership.
• Support M&A due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition financial integration.
• Design and improve billing, collections, accounts receivable, procure-to-pay, and internal control processes.
• Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives and finance capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and/or accounting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, and financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, Great Plains, and ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
