Professional Services Financial Planning Manager (SaaS)

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Global travel may be required based on business needs; candidates may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.

What you will do

• Partner with the VP of Tagetik and global functional leaders on strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with global functional teams while improving financial visibility, resource allocation, and accountability.
• Plan, forecast, and analyze professional services and implementation partner performance, including billable hours, utilization, percent-of-completion revenue recognition, and project milestones.
• Identify cost risks and opportunities, provide financial recommendations, and explain variances between actual results and plan.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses while improving planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial decision support.
• Strong systems aptitude; experience with SAP or similar ERP and planning tools is preferred.
• Exposure to SaaS or professional services businesses and familiarity with billable hours, utilization, percent-of-completion, and project milestones are strongly preferred.
• Experience working across regions or in a global business environment is preferred.
