Senior Financial Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, at 3rd Emile Zola Street

What you will do

• Support forecasting for technology software, data center expenses, and other key areas.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, forecast packages, and annual operating and strategic plan presentations.
• Perform monthly close activities with Accounting, CP&A, and other teams, ensuring accurate expense recognition, deferrals, and capital treatment.
• Reconcile organizational time-tracking data and analyze large data sets.
• Maintain and enhance deferred labor reporting dashboards and provide insights into expense and capital trends.
• Develop and maintain investment templates for IUS and capital programs while collaborating with segment finance teams.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in an international, multi-currency environment; fintech experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accountability, and ownership.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables, with the ability to analyze large data sets and trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team with colleagues in Cluj, London, Stockholm, Singapore, France, and the USA.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, IBM Cognos, and Microsoft Office.

• Power BI experience.
