What you will do

• Support Technology, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and other administrative leaders with FP&A activities.
• Review month-end financial results, resolve variances, maintain supporting schedules, and publish recurring reports.
• Prepare monthly board and executive financial statements.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and the three-year strategic plan, including expense, balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve financial narratives, and streamline recurring workflows.
• Track capitalized software and ROI, and support M&A due diligence, acquisition integrations, and investment analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent directly related work experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, communication, business partnering, and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge of reporting systems such as Hyperion, Workday Adaptive Planning, or OneStream.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and AI platforms including Co-Pilot and Claude.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take ownership, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a remote-first environment with limited in-person interaction.
