Buyer Analyst with English & German

Location: Brasov, Romania; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Create and process purchase orders and Kanban call-offs.
• Request and evaluate quotations for new items and components.
• Maintain order confirmations, monitor delivery schedules, and track material availability.
• Implement and develop logistics concepts and supply strategies.
• Manage technical changes and update relevant master data on time.
• Support Lean, 5S, and material flow improvement projects with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial education, such as industrial clerk or logistics training, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid understanding of purchasing and procurement processes.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
