Buyer (Procurement): Managing the end-to-end purchasing of goods, materials, and services to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets with an accent on supplier relationship management and market analysis. Focus on processing requisitions, negotiating terms, and providing cost-reduction insights to support business operations.

Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

Purchase goods, materials, and services in alignment with cost and quality targets.
Act as the primary interface between suppliers and internal departments.
Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to optimize procurement.
Analyze costs and lead cost-reduction activities.
Process requisitions and maintain order status updates for management.
Communicate supply issues that may impact business operations.

Requirements

Proficiency in French, Spanish, German, or Italian is required.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Solid understanding of purchasing processes and cost breakdown analysis.
