What you will do

• Purchase goods, materials, and services in alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Act as the primary interface between suppliers and internal departments for purchasing processes.
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Process requisitions and maintain clear communication regarding order status with stakeholders.
• Analyze costs and review existing procurement activities to optimize business operations.
• Support the purchasing function by identifying and resolving supply chain issues.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in at least one of the following: French, Spanish, German, or Italian.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bucharest, Romania.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
