What you will do
- Trigger purchase orders for information records stored in the system.
- Verify and enter order confirmations, including quantities and delivery dates, maintaining high SAP accuracy.
- Verify invoices, resolve quantity variances, and release invoices when required.
- Track deliveries, follow up on overdue shipments, and support on-time delivery and low stock levels.
- Execute intercompany orders and maintain the related information records.
- Coordinate quality notifications with internal quality assurance and suppliers, and ensure timely resolution of priority and goods-receipt list items.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration, and/or 2–3 years of experience procuring external direct materials.
- Fluent German and English are required.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM or another ERP system.
- Strong technical and procurement understanding, with a fact-driven and detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
