What you will do

• Repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel heavy-duty trucks and refuse equipment.
• Diagnose and repair chassis, suspension, drivetrain, steering, engine, transmission, brake, hydraulic, electrical, HVAC, and diesel emissions systems.
• Service refuse body control, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including air and hydraulic brakes.
• Use electronic tools and scan equipment to identify malfunctions and electrical concerns.
• Perform line maintenance, welding, and fabrication on-site and on the road.
• Complete required company training and related maintenance duties.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks.
• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and demonstrate strong technical expertise.
• Ability to independently inspect and repair several heavy-truck or automotive systems, including suspension and steering, engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, hydraulics, drivetrains, and diesel emissions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ASE Heavy Truck Certifications T1–T8 are advantageous but not required.
• Preferred CDL Class B or higher; LNG/CNG experience is advantageous but not required.
