Sr. Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing)

Location: Greenville, Texas, United States. Onsite night shift, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM, following a 3/2/2 schedule.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain machinery, processing equipment, utilities, facilities, plumbing, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to support safety, reliability, and production uptime.
• Fabricate and adjust parts and repair components using hand tools, brazing, soldering, and welding equipment.
• Read blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals when servicing equipment.
• Document maintenance activities, irregularities, and ongoing needs in the EAM system.
• Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and standard work activities.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical degree.
• 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems and read blueprints.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, rotating job stations, overtime, and weekends as required.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment, including on elevated platforms up to 60 feet.
• Ability to complete LOTO, rigging, forklift, and RJG machine maintenance training.

Nice to have

• 2–5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance-related computer systems.
