Principal Facets Application System Analyst (Facets)

Location: Durham, United States. Hybrid Flex work requires at least two days per week in the office for local roles; remote-flex arrangements may include occasional in-office visits depending on distance from the Durham headquarters.

Salary: $118,691–$189,906 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Elaborate complex enterprise business requirements, rules, and data elements into functional designs.
• Facilitate the design, construction, deployment, and maintenance of technical solutions across multiple business units and project portfolios.
• Conduct systems analysis, validate designs, and perform or facilitate code reverse engineering when required.
• Manage requirements prioritization, scope, traceability, data mapping, risks, gaps, and upstream and downstream system impacts.
• Coordinate business and technology teams, advise stakeholders on technology options, and support phased implementation strategies.
• Lead and mentor less experienced staff while serving as an expert advisor for systems analysis and process design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree where required, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in a related field.
• Required experience with TriZetto Facets enrollment, billing, and/or claims.
• Strong knowledge of payer systems, enrollment functions, processing, and automation.
• Experience with enterprise requirements analysis, functional design, business rules, data mapping, and systems impact analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating enrollment platforms and supporting end-to-end deployment activities.
• EDI 834 experience.
