Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Omaha, Nebraska — hybrid, with in-person collaboration three days per week and remote flexibility two days per week.

Compensation: $69,616–$114,867 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Administer, install, configure, patch, monitor, and deploy changes to Salesforce applications and supporting infrastructure.
• Maintain application performance, reliability, upgrades, implementations, and operational documentation.
• Lead system enhancements with business stakeholders, capability owners, business units, engineers, and third-party vendors.
• Provide escalation support, troubleshoot issues across multiple systems and data sources, and participate in 24/7 critical incident response.
• Analyze data requests, design and maintain reports, and recommend improvements to enterprise reporting.
• Lead assigned projects and requirements analysis, contribute to agile ceremonies, mentor less-experienced team members, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience administering, configuring, and maintaining enterprise applications and supporting infrastructure, including patching, deployments, and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for escalation support, complex troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with business units, capability owners, engineers, and vendors and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading project work, participating in agile ceremonies, mentoring junior team members, and reducing technical debt.
• Current application training and certifications, with the ability to comply with banking policies, laws, and regulations.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.
