Systems Analyst-FACETS

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Design enhancements and new business applications or information systems solutions.
• Integrate business and technical requirements into practical technical specifications.
• Act as a technical designer, connecting business analyst needs and architecture definitions to implementation solutions.
• Configure and support FACETS applications and APIs.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using SQL, stored procedures, SSIS, XML, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Support scheduling, disaster recovery, and healthcare EDI processes.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree with 2 years of information technology experience, a technical certification or college coursework with 4 years of IT experience, or 6 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of FACETS application configuration, cloud computing, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, stored procedures, VBScript, XML, and SQL Server Integration Services.
• Knowledge of BASH or .NET scripting, Control-M scheduling, SOAP/REST APIs, ASP.NET, and C#.
• Experience with requirements definition and management, Agile/Scrum or iterative SDLC methodologies, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and healthcare EDI formats such as 834 and 837.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Trizetto FACETS product and API experience, including the Advanced Batch Framework.
• Data modeling and FACETS data model analysis for reporting and mapping documentation.
• Ability to lead technical solution implementation.
