What you will do

• Support store performance through daily business rhythms, coaching, and consistent operational execution.
• Reinforce sales behaviors related to conversion, appointments, clienteling, and customer follow-up.
• Partner with the General Manager to execute visual standards, promotions, inventory controls, compliance, and security procedures.
• Lead from the sales floor, model elevated service, and resolve customer concerns within company guidelines.
• Coach, recognize, onboard, and develop store team members while reinforcing accountability and teamwork.

Requirements

• Ability to deliver sales results and coach others to improve performance.
• Strong communication, planning, and team leadership skills.
• Professional presence and a positive, team-first approach.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and additional hours during peak seasons.
• Typical schedule: five days and 40 hours per week.
