Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; approximately 10% travel in Europe

What you will do
- Lead complex financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning for global business decisions.
- Partner with business leaders to provide insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, long-range planning, investment decisions, and business cases.
- Drive variance analysis and performance tracking, translating results into clear recommendations.
- Standardize and automate planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Use AI and agentic tools to automate data aggregation, variance explanations, and scenario generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a business-partnering capacity.
- Ability to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Availability for approximately 10% travel in Europe.

- Experience with advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven finance tools.
- Global finance experience.
