Senior FP&A Analyst (FinTech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: €2,800–€3,000 gross monthly, plus short-term incentives and, where applicable, long-term equity incentives.

What you will do

• Manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, purchase order and invoice tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning while identifying risks, opportunities, and performance improvements.
• Partner with business leaders on spending trends, workforce planning, vendor management, investment priorities, and operating expense optimization.
• Prepare financial analyses, KPIs, performance reports, and executive-level materials for business and Finance leadership.
• Support business transformation and strategic initiatives by improving planning and reporting through automation, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Strategic Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Experience with financial planning, reporting, or analytics platforms such as Power BI, OneStream, Workday, Anaplan, Salesforce, Databricks, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, FinTech, SaaS, subscription-based, information services, or other data-driven businesses.
• Experience with workforce planning, business case development, strategic finance, process automation, business intelligence, AI tools, or finance transformation initiatives.
