Sales Operation (Logistics)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Process new sales leads and manage correspondence between the sales team and clients.
• Monitor customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries or complaints.
• Prepare data, reports, and information to support sales activities.
• Track sales targets and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Answer phone calls and schedule diaries.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments while providing clear instructions.

Requirements

• University or college degree, or an equivalent business qualification.
• At least 3 years of work experience; logistics industry experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service, project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese are required.
• Excellent computer skills, including word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
• Strong administrative, clerical, computing, and record-keeping skills with high attention to detail.
