Location: On-site in Dubai, UAE; relocation from Kyiv to Dubai required

What you will do
- Act as a contact person for customers regarding sales-related and other inquiries.
- Support the Business Development function and provide administrative and technical assistance.
- Administer contracts, including registration, forwarding, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain customer service records and order histories.
- Coordinate goods shipments with logistics and production departments.
- Handle additional Sales Operations administration.
Requirements
- Experience working with customers and sales-related documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems; 1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP experience is advantageous.
- Confident use of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and English.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics, logistics, or administration.
- Ability to relocate from Kyiv to Dubai and work on-site in the UAE.
