Sales Support Officer (UAE National Only)

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries about airline products and services.
• Process sales transactions and orders, applying accurate products, pricing, and discounts.
• Maintain customer records, master data, promotional information, and sales data.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with customer and transaction information for account management.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across sales support activities.

Requirements

• UAE nationality is required; only UAE nationals will be reviewed.
• High School Certificate or a higher qualification.
• Customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing, or related experience is preferred.
• Experience with customer records, data entry, or transaction processing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
