Sales Support Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; onsite

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries about Etihad products and services.
• Process sales transactions and orders, applying accurate products, pricing, and discount levels.
• Maintain customer information, master data, sales records, promotional data, and pricing information.
• Prepare and distribute regular sales and operational reports.
• Provide sales teams with customer and transaction information to support account management.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across sales support activities.

Requirements

• High School Certificate or a higher qualification, including vocational, bachelor’s, or master’s degree.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, ticketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with customer records, data entry, or transaction processing is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and perform basic analysis and reporting.
