Global Process Owner (Talent & Culture)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; hybrid work with four days in-office each week. Unrestricted right to work in the U.S. is required. Remote work requests may be considered in accordance with company policy.

Base salary compensation: $156,458–$170,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop the vision, governance, functional strategy, and transformation roadmap for global Talent & Culture processes.
• Drive global deployment and adoption of standardized processes with regional and local customization where needed.
• Lead process documentation, governance controls, technology adoption, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with Global Operations, Regional Leaders, and Global Shared Services to establish execution plans, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Build and support a team responsible for executing global Talent & Culture process strategies.
• Collaborate across functions to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Public Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
• Five years of relevant human resources experience, including global leadership, talent acquisition programs, HR operations and global shared services, HR business partnering, or a related area.
• Project Management Professional certification.
• Five years of experience with mentoring and coaching, project management, cross-location projects, process governance, knowledge management, and HR data-driven work.
• Experience with Workday administration, reports, security, and power-user functions; PowerBI or Tableau; Confluence; ServiceNow; and Excel analysis and macro development.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Three years of experience using Asana as a project management board.
• Three years of experience implementing employee service platforms in ServiceNow.
• Three years of experience with Microsoft PowerApps automation.
• Experience implementing intranet platforms and leading business-team focus groups.
