Global Technology & Innovation Process Lead (Advanced Materials)

Location: Based at the Aurora, Illinois facility, United States

Salary: $118,000–$150,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve technology and innovation process frameworks, governance, and operating models across global sites.
• Manage roadmap systems and tools, including SharpCloud or equivalent, to connect strategy, projects, prioritization, and execution.
• Lead end-to-end CAPEX planning, intake, prioritization, tracking, and portfolio reporting in partnership with Finance and T&I leadership.
• Digitize and streamline workflows, integrate roadmap and project systems, and support dashboards for real-time visibility into status, deliverables, and risks.
• Coordinate process execution across Technology & Innovation, Finance, Operations, Quality, Digital, and leadership teams.
• Support safety reviews and Management of Change processes for laboratory, infrastructure, equipment, and facility modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 5 or more years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with project management or technology and innovation governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, systems thinking, communication, and leadership-level reporting skills.
• Ability to influence without authority in a global, cross-functional environment, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology and innovation project tracking, roadmap, portfolio management, or CAPEX tools.
• Experience with EHS programs, safety reviews, and Management of Change processes.
• Familiarity with advanced materials, chemical handling, specialty processes, NPI, and technology development.
• Experience with process standardization, optimization, digital transformation, and global team collaboration.
