Director of People Operations, HRIS & Analytics

Location: 100% remote within the United States; approximately 10% overnight travel.

Salary: $164,000–$180,000 per year plus a 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead People Operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee transactions, workforce administration, and employee records.
• Own the strategy, governance, optimization, and roadmap for the HRIS and broader People technology ecosystem.
• Develop workforce metrics, executive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports that support business and talent decisions.
• Drive automation, AI-enabled HR technology, system integrations, data governance, and digital employee lifecycle experiences.
• Lead system implementations, change management, training, adoption, and continuous process improvement.
• Coach HRIS and People Administration teams and partner with People, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience spanning HR operations, HRIS administration, and people analytics.
• 5+ years leading operations or systems teams and 5+ years managing enterprise HR technology implementations, optimization, and data migrations.
• Experience with cloud-based HR architectures such as Dayforce and SuccessFactors, engagement analytics tools, and dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of federal and state employment regulations, data privacy, HR compliance, and workforce data governance.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, HRIS, People Analytics, PMP, Prosci, or another relevant certification.
