Manager, Talent Management

Salary: $114,750–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead governance, project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting for annual strategic objectives and initiatives.
• Facilitate working groups and cross-functional project teams, and prepare executive-level leadership updates.
• Manage the annual talent management calendar, talent reviews, calibration sessions, and talent discussions.
• Coordinate succession planning, readiness assessments, and Individual Development Plan implementation.
• Oversee annual and mid-year performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, calibration, and completion tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR, talent management, workforce planning, program management, or a related role.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, project management, executive communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday, Power BI, Excel, or related tools.
• Knowledge of compensation analysis and employee experience programs.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR or workforce planning certification, such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
