EMEA Regional Financial Planning Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Partner with regional business leaders and the Associate Director of Tagetik on strategic and operational decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Develop budgets and forecasts with global functional teams while improving financial visibility, resource allocation, and accountability.
• Plan and analyze professional services performance, including billable hours, utilization, percent-of-completion revenue recognition, and project milestones.
• Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for investments and strategic initiatives.
• Explain plan-versus-actual variances, identify cost risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial decision support.
• Strong systems aptitude; SAP or similar ERP and planning tool experience is preferred.
• Exposure to SaaS or professional services businesses and familiarity with relevant services metrics is strongly preferred.
• Experience working across regions or in a global business environment; global travel may be required based on business needs.
