Location: USA Remote - FL; hybrid, remote, or onsite work may apply depending on location.

What you will do
- Provide reporting solutions, financial analysis, and business insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders on management decisions, reporting, and financial planning.
- Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Improve planning, forecasting, reporting tools, procedures, and data integrity.
- Monitor KPI trends, identify business opportunities and risks, and advise leadership on appropriate actions.
- Analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
Nice to have
- MBA or master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience coaching or reviewing the work of other team members.
