Senior Staff Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Germering, Germany; onsite, with no remote work available

What you will do

• Lead multi-site project teams delivering custom and non-custom integrated circuits for Tier-1 customers.
• Own projects end to end, from initiation through product end of life, serving as the primary contact for internal teams.
• Build and communicate project plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and staffing plans.
• Manage customer and vendor relationships, communicate status and requirements, and represent hirify.global professionally.
• Coordinate project meetings, gate reviews, reviews, and task force teams while ensuring process compliance.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery through risk management, change management, issue escalation, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or science.
• Proven program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Demonstrated success handling Tier-1 accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Confident English speaking skills are required for a global business environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, including advanced MS Project skills, and the ability to handle complex situations under high time pressure.

Nice to have

• PMP or another project management certification.
