Contracts Program Manager

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global in engagements with the EU Commission and European member states regarding government initiatives.
• Develop opportunity pipelines by collaborating with ecosystem partners, academic institutions, and semiconductor startups.
• Assess contract terms, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies including alternative contractual language.
• Lead negotiations with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful contract outcomes.
• Guide internal teams on commercial, operational, and financial considerations within government RFPs.
• Escalate critical risks or issues to executive management, legal, and sales stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in silicon design, electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in government contract negotiation and management.
• Strong ability to interpret complex contractual and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of EU government funding programs such as the EU Chips Act.
• Proficiency in German or French.
