Principal Engineering Program Manager

Location: Thiendorf, Germany; home office is available.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple departments throughout new product development and customer order fulfillment projects.
• Act as the primary focal point for internal and external project communications.
• Apply and improve the standard New Product Introduction process.
• Organize project meetings, record minutes and action items, and maintain project documentation.
• Develop and update project schedules and plans, reporting schedule, performance, and cost risks to business reviews and steering committees.
• Coordinate departmental activities, secure resources, and establish project-management guidelines, formats, and templates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD without experience; equivalent experience is also considered.
• Experience with project planning, organization, prioritization, and time management.
• Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams and manage project activities.
• Strong meeting organization, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
