Senior Engineering Program Manager (Self-Driving Technology)

What you will do

• Lead the development and launch of self-driving technology for OEM customer projects.
• Represent customer needs and support successful product application and implementation.
• Shape product requirements based on an understanding of the underlying technology and real-world product use.
• Coordinate working models and process structures across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage software and hardware component delivery from initiation through completion against customer program timelines.
• Improve engineering processes and help scale cross-functional teams for new and existing products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing or leading software development projects or teams.
• Proactive, self-organized project management approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with state-of-the-art program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, SM Suite, and SharePoint.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience.
• German or Hebrew language skills.
