MEP Project Manager (Architecture and Engineering)

Location: Hybrid role based in Overland Park, Kansas; Dayton, Ohio; or Rogers, Arkansas

Salary: $85,897–$167,023 annually. Typical new-hire ranges are $90,669–$114,848 in Kansas City, KS and Dayton, OH, and $85,897–$108,803 in Rogers, AR.

What you will do

• Lead architecture and engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
• Plan and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, deliverables, and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, contractors, and consultants.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage project communications, expectations, and presentations.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, fee negotiations, billing, and project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, support business development, and supervise direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of direct project management experience in design and construction preferred.
• Alternatively, 10 years of related experience and/or training is required.
• Professional licensure such as RA, PE, PS, or RLA is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Deltek, and Newforma, plus the ability to enter daily timesheet data and use Microsoft Outlook.
