What you will do

Research and prospect target accounts across China.
Run personalized outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels.
Attend local industry events and follow up with attendees to generate and qualify leads.
Book meetings and support pipeline creation for the sales team.
Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce and other CRM systems.

Requirements

At least one year of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS company, or experience selling to software developers or engineers.
Comfort with digital prospecting and in-person networking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent English and native-level Chinese language skills are required for local market engagement.
