TL;DR
Order Operations (Order Management): Processing and coordinating customer orders through database systems, email, internal tools, and EDI with an accent on accuracy, fulfillment coordination, and customer communication. Focus on investigating process improvements, maintaining order records, and coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Shipping teams.
Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, full time

What you will do
- Receive and process customer orders in database systems through email, internal systems, and electronic data interchange (EDI).
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Shipping to support timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives about order status, discrepancies, and issues.
- Identify and participate in process and procedure improvements using key performance metrics.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy records and support assigned accounts.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication, teamwork, prioritization, and proactive working style.
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, and other business tools.
