What you will do
- Create shopping carts and purchase indirect materials, including packaging, machinery parts, equipment, tools, and services.
- Handle purchase orders for each value stream and supervise open orders.
- Register receipts of goods and services and review tool crib invoices.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoice flows related to MRO materials and services.
- Manage MRO storage contracts and act as a bridge between suppliers and internal customers.
- Provide quotation and purchasing support for services and indirect parts, including support for savings projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience in assistant activities, import/export, or a similar area.
- Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, relationship management, internal customer service, and enterprise resource planning skills.
