What you will do
- Track and trace customer shipments, bookings, and critical logistics movements.
- Monitor aircraft-on-ground shipments and other specialized logistics services.
- Oversee temperature-controlled shipments and other time-sensitive deliveries.
- Communicate proactively with customers, districts, and service providers internationally.
- Provide timely and accurate transportation visibility and exceptional customer service.
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned customer accounts and ensure high service quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Fluent English and Spanish required for applicants in Mexico.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least one year of logistics-related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products or data and visualization tools such as Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Python.
- Ability to present and communicate work to diverse audiences, including stakeholders, team members, and decision-makers.
Nice to have
- Qualifications in supply chain management or logistics.
- IATA, FIATA, or MITX qualifications.
