Head of Finance Nordics (FMCG)

What you will do

• Own and drive Finance for the Nordic organization, including P&L shape, revenue growth management, closings, AOP, and the strategic plan.
• Set and track targets, guide investments, and shape the financial strategy for the region.
• Adapt financial strategy and controls across five markets with diverse customer landscapes.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team as direct-market expansion progresses.
• Partner with all functions and contribute to the Nordic Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally in FMCG.
• Expert financial, strategic, and commercial capabilities, including P&L ownership and target setting and tracking.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills, including experience developing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading complex, multi-market projects, ideally involving market entry or distributor-to-direct go-to-market transitions.
• Fluent English required; Swedish or another Nordic language is advantageous.
