Finance Manager

Location: Stockholm (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting processes, including monthly/annual close, statutory reporting, and supplier payments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for external accounting firms in Sweden, the UK, and the US.
• Manage banking relationships, daily payments, and liquidity, including proactive FX management.
• Ensure timely audit and tax compliance across all operating jurisdictions.
• Design and maintain internal controls suitable for a growing tech company.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accounting requirements are understood and implemented.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting, audit, statutory reporting, and tax in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Swedish K3 accounting framework.
• Proven experience in driving process automation and implementing AI tooling.
• Experience managing outsourced or external accounting firms.
• Experience running audit and tax compliance processes.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance requirements to non-finance stakeholders.
