Business Controller to H&M Assortment (Fashion Retail)

Location: Full-time onsite position based in the hirify.global office in Stockholm, Sweden. Relocation support is available if needed.

What you will do

• Optimize sustainable sales growth and profitability through assortment quantity, timing, placement, and pricing decisions.
• Analyze sales, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities, risks, and commercial actions.
• Support buying follow-up, assortment mix, and volume planning across global regions.
• Contribute to assortment vision, strategy, goals, and timelines with the team leader.
• Communicate insights clearly and provide informal leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the team.
• Control the balance between top-down and bottom-up assortment perspectives.

Requirements

• Degree in business, economics, engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, generate insights, and convert them into business actions.
• Leadership ability, strategic mindset, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills.
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to work strategically while analyzing numbers hands-on.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
