Corporate Finance Manager

What you will do

• Drive fundraising and financing initiatives across public equity instruments and structured debt financings.
• Manage external parties, including banks, equity and debt investors, and expert advisors.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and investor materials.
• Own internal finance projects covering long-term financial planning, forecasting, modelling, budgeting, and business analysis.
• Streamline capital planning workflows and support the financing strategy across the organization.
• Report to the VP & Head of Corporate Finance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development at a publicly listed company.
• Advanced financial modelling, accounting, and valuation skills.
• Proven experience analysing different capital structures.
• Ambition, accountability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Full-time work based in Stockholm with a hybrid arrangement.
