What you will do
- Maintain and adjust offline auxiliary bindery and finishing equipment and components.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, replacing worn parts, adjusting belt tension, and grinding knives.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and identify worn or defective parts.
- Maintain spare-parts inventory and order components needed for continuous equipment operation.
Requirements
- General knowledge of small and light equipment, machinery, and mechanical operations.
- Knowledge of the mechanical and electrical functioning of serviced machinery.
- Ability to understand electrical and mechanical schematics and interpret instruction manuals.
- Good knowledge of tools and test equipment used to diagnose and repair machinery.
- Eligibility is subject to successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
