Field Mechanic & Maintenance Technician

Location: Dallas, Texas, USA. Full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Travel to remote facilities may be required up to 70% of the time, with overtime available for emergency repairs.

What you will do

• Assemble new equipment and rebuild existing industrial machinery.
• Set up, install, upgrade, and retrofit equipment on-site and off-site.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Operate powered and manual hand tools, forklifts, 9514XLS, robot, and other converting equipment.
• Train operators on new and refurbished equipment.
• Manage parts inventory, order and receive replacement parts, and support plant improvement and facility projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, five years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to read electrical prints, pull and terminate wires, replace faulty parts, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to work proficiently with minimal supervision and maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to stand for more than 75% of the workday, lift 50 pounds, and work while standing, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required hearing protection and PPE in a loud manufacturing environment with mechanical, electrical, chemical, and temperature-related hazards.
