Commercial HVAC Service Technician (HVAC)

Location: Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, or Prince Edward Island, Canada

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 CAD base salary; $2,000 signing bonus

What you will do

• Commission new commercial ventilation and HVAC equipment.
• Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC equipment.
• Develop and maintain customer service schedules.
• Prepare and submit daily job reports and invoices.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for prospective and existing customers.

Requirements

• HVAC or HVAC/R skills are desired.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools.
• Ability to work outdoors and in tight spaces, including inside rooftop units.
• Ability to use ladders for roof access.
• Heavy overnight travel is required during the first year for training.
