Salary: $88,920–$134,860 annually, with compensation depending on skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangements, and geographic location.

What you will do

  • Manage nationwide commercial real estate projects across development, relocation, refurbishment, expansion, and decommissioning.
  • Lead projects through initiation, planning, design, construction, and closeout while maintaining project charters, budgets, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate lease work letters, landlord obligations, tenant improvement allowances, reimbursements, and closeout documentation.
  • Lead RFPs and procurement for architects, engineers, contractors, furniture vendors, IT, tel-data, AV, security, and relocation specialists.
  • Oversee design and construction activities, including value engineering, RFIs, change orders, submittals, pay applications, site visits, and schedule updates.
  • Prepare cost reports, budget reconciliations, variance analyses, and executive updates, then manage final inspections, punch lists, documentation, and operational handoff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of commercial real estate project management experience, including Class A corporate office tenant improvement projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of AIA contracts, including A101, A102, and preferably A201, as well as lease work letters, tenant improvement allowances, construction budgeting, and cost controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple national projects simultaneously and communicate effectively with executives, stakeholders, consultants, landlords, contractors, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project cost-tracking systems.
  • Availability for 25–40% travel and required site visits during major construction milestones.

  • Experience with Bluebeam and Smartsheet.
